im after a one handed mage wepon 15dci -0 mage fire resist 10 up can be -1 fc

That wouldn't be a problem, but there are no -0 mage one handed weapons only -0 mage weapons are Staff Of Magi, and Staff Of Pyros , but all of them are two handed. -20 is the lowest you can get on a crafted weapon.
