So after reading this thread and most of the replies that are normally directed at this Diablo guy. I'm guess the Siege forums are like the OT forums where any thing goes and does not get moderated?
I mean that is what I'm gathering... I have seen large stones being thrown at this guy etc and nothing has been done about it. Even seen him called a scammer and I thought that was againt the roc if I read correctly.

The direct-accusations are usually dealt with pretty quickly, implied-accusations are a gray area.
Expressing dislike of a person, no matter how intense it is, does not violate anything mod-worthy.
Just consider the forums as an extension of the shard. It's a PvP zone, and you've gotta do something silly to get mod-whacked.

I may very well get fired, demoted, chastised, etc... One thing I will never get is that I do not care about Siege.
I am all for the rough and tumble.
I have been considered a leader here on Siege. Your voices have spoken. I do not think Stratics will come down too hard.

As things stand, if I had to choose between an evening with Diablo or an evening with you, I would choose Diablo. I'd carry little of value, and make sure he was not granted any access to anything of mine, but I'd still choose him.

I was curious what his definition of paying well was, so I posted my account. Sadly I believe I am on my way out. I have little to no desire to log in and the new content does not interest me much at all. I will likely follow Kage's lead and be posting a bulk account deal with all items soon.
You obviously have never been in vent with either one of them. I have. I muted Diablow (then William wallace) 5 minutes into his joining the JSV vent a year ago. Duke, on the other hand, is a good guy who is relatively new to the game, is pleasant to be around, honest, and a helpful guildmate.
I think Duke brings up a good point; Diablow has been given many other chances to change his ways since his incident with Duke. If Diablow had indeed changed his ways I would probably say maybe Duke should lay off him but as you can see Duke is not the only person that has seen fit to post "buyer beware" comments in Diablow's threads.
It's not unherd of for some herd mentality to take over the boards. The complaints about Diablo have all kinda melted together into one long Duke rant in my mind. I can't recall anybody else saying anything specific about Diablo.
I'd probably like Duke more and care about what happened to him if he would just SHUT UP a little bit. Just a little.
