they go for about 5-10m as its the rarest piece, yes even more than a castle.

I'm pretty sure it's the 4th rarest piece, after Castle, Small Stone Keep, and Tower. And I saw one for sale on Great Lakes about a month ago for 1.5 million. I think that was pretty cheap; I think 3 million would be a fair price.

They are indeed the rarest and because of the fact that most people assume the Castle is the rarest you can sometimes find people pricing them between 1 to 2 mill. That is if you see them before I do. I have 4 or 5 on GL.

I managed to snag one about a year ago for 750k. I had no idea it was the rarest at the time, I was just trying to complete the set.

Still need tower, keep and castle. I can never find them for sale.

Well, I can't find the page where I first THOUGHT I learned the rarity order, and I seem to be holding the minority opinion with nothing to back it up, so I guess I'll just be quiet now.

Anyway, Feath, I hope you find one for a price you're willing to pay.

DVI's post 9 posts up is a direct copy paste of the list by rarity. The cottage is indeed the rarest. I'd be willing to pay a great deal (up to 6m or very nice trade) and I'd be willing to cross servers.
