Go farm a champ spawn, they drop all the time, especially in despise.

Also many ppl stick them on their steps and give public access to them.

Are you in general chat? I xshard and I have found diff shards hang in diff channels as their "default".I would suggest writing a message like..."looking for a luck statue, I am standing at Luna bank" and spam it in all channels once.
