Morning all.

I've been looking for a fair priced "Hot Cup of morning coffee from EM Mystique" (I think that's how it's spelled, they may even come in different names. Makes no difference to me!) I've seen them up for 3-5 mil, but I didn't have the cash at the time :D If anyone would like to sell one for 5m, Let me know!

Also I'm buying any snow trees anyone is looking to get rid of for 400k each.
