what is the price range you had in mind for Tram castle ) on Cats ) in excellent spot? and yes it can be converted
... currently also have a Tram Ice Keep on Cats am selling

I just found a tram Keep so at this point I'm only interested in a Castle. The last one I bought I paid 1.5p and it was a killer location not crammed 1 tile away from other houses.
