Buying a small amount of boards.

Just an FYI - if your char is human, you should be able to grab an axe and chop normal wood with your Jack of All Trades racial bonus, and then convert them to boards with a carpentry tool. When you only need a small amount of lumber, that comes in VERY handy. Even at very low skill it doesn't take that long to chop 500 normal logs (it isn't fast but often much faster than posting and waiting for someone.
