There is a rune library just outside the West exit of Umbra and directly a few houses South. There maybe you can use those books to mark your own books.

Soulforge on me vendor in Zento. Didn't have a clue on the price so I based it on a forum post from 2 years ago and halved the cost which I thought was a bit excessive anyway.

I think it can be dyed too (Oak).

Vernia Market, house in front of Mongbat Ranch, New Mag. lil vendor in the back left of the Vernia Market house had all the poisons kegs, in stock atm.

Now I just need bulk mage regs, a commodity deed box and a few soulstones.
