ok i figured it out, for some reason to buy the pet balls u have to say vendor buy to get em, so i put another one up there ill try to get more bags and powder......bags are pain in the ass to get there easier taking it from a corpse rather than doing the dodge balls of acid quest

i have had this problem buying petballs as well; Just type in "vendor buy" and you should get a targeting cursor for it.
