Building PvP toon and need help!

I'm trying to build a PvP toon. I have a dexer and not sure what skills I need, how to build a very effective suit, weapon etc. Any help would be appreciated. Currently on my toon I have fencing, parry, healing, anatomy, tactics, chivalry, resisting spells.
