Buggy character? Secure and release problems...

Every once in a while I log in on the character I play the most, and I cannot secure, lock down, or release items on the main house, or the one he is a co-owner of( second account ). Other characters do not have this problem. I've tried logging in and out and sometimes that fixes it, but most of the time it doesn't. It occurs in BOTH clients.

Anyone else experience this?

co-owners cant release things that were placed by the house holders account..

they can only release stuff that they place..

they also cannot release things that friends place..

The character can't secure or release ANYTHING; even things he secured. I know about the other things. He can't secure or release in the accounts primary house. Other characters can.

this char wouldnt happen to have a really short name?
i have a char named A that sometimes cant lock things down..
says you have to be in a house that you own.. heh.

Got a pet ... like a horse or something? Try locking it down. If you get a message related to honoring then you've apparently honored something (perhaps even in your house!). Locate a "quick" kill (cow, sheep, bull), honor it and kill it. You should now be able to lock/secure items once more.

That might be it. I will check it out. If that is the problem I need to change my Honor macro. Thanks.

I can now secure and release things again. Didn't try the Honor thing, because it was working. Next time it happens I'll know what to try.

Everytime that happens to me I just honor any object in the distance, honor anything that locked down in my house as long as its far away enough from where i'm standing so that it will give me the message, "can't see the object/too far away to honor" or something like that then locking/unlocking works again.
