bugged bank box or lag problem

went on my crafter, got into my bank( inside my bank box i had a metal box where i kept all my ingots,runic hammers, ect), only the metal box and all my ingots all gone(nothing else). only had maybe 80 items total in bank box(54 now). nothing else was missing, but i'm getting more than a little tired of this sort of thing

This is the bank box you get when you say 'bank' at any bank, right? Just checking. If your bank box contents are being removed either someone else is playing on your account or it was hacked into, or your character has a serious item eating bug.

If you believe it was the last one, please send in a bug report to [email protected] with your character's name, shard, location, facet, and a detailed description of what was happening to him/her. They may not be able to help you out if it was either of the former two cases as Game Masters and CS reps won't replace lost or stolen items from accounts that got hacked into.

Ugh, you're getting tired of this thing? By this do you mean this isn't the first time this has happened? I think you may seriously need to change your email and password for your account. I've never heard of any kind of bank bug like this.

first time it happened to something in my bank(had lost 2 others locked down in house a few years ago). doubt account was hacked, as who would leave artys and gold and take ingots(though changed password and acct info just in case).

was trying to figure out what happened can only figure it was one of two things. either box just up and dissapeared, or its a lag type problem i've been having here recently.

thinking about it i think it was the lag related problem(not certain though),basically when i click on something and move it across something else to drop in pack. it shows me moving item into pack, but a couple seconds later its the item that i moved acrossed of thats in pack, and the item i originally clicked on is back to original position( theres seem to be some delay with it registering what i click on, it then grabs item my cursor is moving over instead of item i clicked on).

if that is case,and it dropped on floor, guess someone got about 15-20 mill worth of ingots

What kind of metal box was it? Might have decayed or something, though I doubt it. I know there are problems with certain gold boxes where they can get stuck and immovable, but i'm just throwing ideas out...

just the plain metal box(golden one), think the bug your talking about is with the corroded boxes,from what i heard(though of late i have been having alot of old bug problems that i haven't had in awhile).

my first thought was it just dissapeared(had one do that in my house). still i think it probally the lag problem(been havin that since new client came out). ended up putting my conjuror's robe in a corpse a week ago,movin sand from pack to boss thiefs corpse.

the cursor went across paper doll, when i was movin last pile of sand.started to walk away and noticed sand still in pack, looked up and noticed char wasnt wearing robe.ran back to corpse robe was inside.

Sounds like you are using the new client. Have you tried using the Clasic client to see if anything changes.

I had this happen to me about a month or so ago. I was completely freaking out as the box that was missing had my in-game wedding band. My husband calmed me down, told me to log into classic and see if things were different. Luckily they were for me. The box was in a different location, but it was there.
I have since had a couple of items I was moving in the EC just disappear, so I go into classic and there they are. I tried the legacy container view, but that doesnt work. I have to actually go into the classic client.
