(Bug?) Stacking of cannon ammunition

Hello developers,

I found that cannon ammunition sometimes does not stack. In my particular case, ammunition (cannon balls, grapeshot, charges, matches) looted from an NPC pirate ship would not stack with crafted ones.

I found 17 grapeshot floating in the ocean on my way to Jhelom last night. It wouldn't stack with my crafted items either. Also I found that grapeshot I pulled off a vendor of mine wouldn't stack together anymore, tried repeatedly. The cannonballs stacked together fine.
