Bug reports and waiting

I was wondering... I have had to do without 3/4 of my soul stons since returning to uo. I have called I have put in bug reports.. They said it would be sorted out when I called. I still have the stones.. they just claim not to be mine... which I only had my stones... I have all my accounts active I have tried them on all the accounts without success. How long does one usually have to wait for a issue like this to be fixed? They also told me on the phone I wasnt the first to have this problem.

are you the guy who some soul stones dissapeared?
or your saying that the soul stones just dont work for that character?

Nope i had the blue soulstone dissapear.
Interesting thou that others are having problems with them.

Reporting and waiting for staff to respond to bugs? Good luck with that!!! They just let stuff go forever, including bugs reported in beta test of additions. Just like when you loose the odd container by simply moving it along the floor and it falls UNDER the house. Page a gamemaster and they never come… or come when it's far too late. This is what we have grown to learn is what they consider “customer service.” At least you can get new soul stones.

Well to be frank they just dont work (and havent since I came back). My skills are on them.. but I cant retrieve them on the ones that have skills and I cant put skills on the ones i have that are blank. Kind of sucks though that we cant get any customer support.

Did they have to retrieve your account and/or chars from backups or something? Sounds like the internal ID of your characters changed so that they aren't the same as what is stored on the soulstones. Just a wild guess.

Not that I am aware of. All of my toons were where I had left them. All the items still in the bank. It just baffels me... I am down 14 soulstones until this gets fixed.. if it gets fixed.
