Interesting, guessing it has something to do with the new publish re: boat runes. I know when I logged in this morning and hit a rune in my ship runebook it not only could not find my ship, it wiped the dye right offa my rune book. (went from being dyed Blue to being the original crafted hue).
I remarked ship runes and they were fine, tried in a city, marked normal.. marked in my castle and got the same result as the OP.
I love it when things get "fixed" . :/
