There is currently an issue with Crystal Realm Battles where your team might not get a match, even though one has been scheduled. If you encounter this bug, the Crystal GvG timer will count into negative numbers and your team will not be teleported to the fight.
The developers are investigating the issue and we will let you know as soon as it has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
