Bug after last patch it seems...

Erm, this is in 2D.
My skill list is completely empty on one of my chars (garg). Meaning there is absolutely nothing when the skill gump opens. Meaning I cant drag any skills out. And all icons I had are erased, blank monitor and no way to use direct skills now (imbuing, hiding, etc...)

Anyone has the same problem?
