Girlfriend made a new account, referred me. Nothing has changed at all on the account, but it now says that it has been cancelled?? I want my buddy referral reward!!

had this same issue,and there is a certain amount of time they want the referred account to play.. if either account go's unpaid even for 1 day during that time..the deal is off..at least that was the case for me awhile ago

Well that might be the problem then.

The email I used is associated with quite a lot of accounts. I just paid 6 months for my main account about a month ago or so, and then another one expired a few days ago.

The newbie account has not changed anything at all. This is so unfair!

I really, really, really dont want to have to deal with EA customer support again. Ive had such a big headache since they themselves make no sense, and then dont understand me.

ill save ya the trouble then!, went through it, took me hours of talking to them just to be told that the newer account went unpaid for 1 day which ended that deal

Well the new account as you can see is still in its newbie time. And I didnt cancel it.

oh then ya might have an argument there!!, for me it was the newer account that went unpaid for a day! maybe PM Cal or Mesanna about it, probably less of a headache asking one of them directly
