Picked this up a few weeks ago driving me nuts!

Is it rare or isnt it?

Ive had mixed reactions from people ive shown some say rare some say not. Can any of you guys help?

If it is a rare i wouldnt mind a rough price for it to sell at the festival!

Bottles of water can still be made. That one looks like it was made from a bottle of pink champagne.
