Book of Truth - Quest Question

Is there a second part to the Book of Truth Quest? I got a copy of the Book of Truth by turning all 6 pieces of the Virtue Armor in. I was told that there was a second part. You had to get 7500 Bane Faction points. Then your name gets put on the Book of Truth.

Is that all there is to? & is the quest giver located outside of the Spirit Gate in Ish?

i cant tell ya what the book looks like after the 2cnd part!, havnt gotten that far yet lmao, but the Bane quest giver for it! stands where the moongate once was in Magincia
