the book is the same as that gotten from the bard quest, if you have a bard that quest is very simple and quick. If you haven't there's a steward at my Forest View Bath House and Sauna that will give you one if you go up to the reception desk and say 'book'. The house is just west of the Trinsic solen entrance.
