Book of Masteries vs Book of Bard Masteries?(solved)

Did the 3 mastery quests, and each time I received an identical tome titled Book of Masteries. There is no context menu. So I am a bit confused.

How do I swap Masteries ? Do I have to be a certain skill level ? Music is 100.x and the 3 other skills are 90.x

OK - After using the Disco song masteries on myself twice, the book now has a context menu for switching, and energy type.

You cannot use jewelry to get you to 90, to use a mastery, the bardic skill must be 90 real skill.

I, just today, have had a hard time getting the context menu to show, both in the CC and the EC. I haven't tried many times before, as I'm just raising barding, but it's pretty annoying.
