[Inscription] bonus to books

I was just thinking It would be nice if we could mod books like spellweaving chiv,ninjitsu and bushido and give them things like sdi or increased spell duration not really sure what but would be cool to actually see spellweavers and such carrying there books and would be a nice add on to inscription!
