Who do I contact if I havent received weekly bonus money? Last week it as late, and this week nothing. Thanks for the advice..

You can send an e-mail to the dev team or check out the Community Pub (Or whatever the house is called in EA Land). If they are open, then go there and let one of the dev memebers know. They will take care of the issue

I also recommend the next time you get "You have received a bonus." in-game e-mail that you save it. Once I thought my bonuses were off, so I decided to do that and discovered that I was in fact getting it every 7 days even though it seemed like I wasn't.

Hey, good advice, because I have never even been sure WHEN I receive my bonus. I'm gonna save my most-recent Bonus messages from now on. It's funny, I still have a couple of messages from "The Sims Online." Who are those guys, I wonder?! LOL

and make sure they are not giving it on another sim. It should be your oldest.

It's called Town Hall.
Even when you pick your primary sim it may still give it to the oldest. Check that as well.

Still no bonus, going on a week over due. I wrote to one of the Devs.....nothing. I've been watching for a town hall meeting to happen...nope..no town hall meetings. What's going on?

They never refund missing ones, but I'm glad your bug seems to be fixed now.
