Cannot be repaired and 27 durability, and brittle. Worth more as a relic frag. :/

With Luck -100 it's more PvP gear than farming gear, and if you don't care about repairing it then it really has 102 durability.

If you need 103+ durability on your PvP gear then you're not playing crazy enough.
