Ultimate MEDIABLE suite should have capped hci and dci 
There is not 45 dci and not 45 hci (5hci on bokuto is not counting).
So, it's not ultimate suite

15hat + 15 Ring + 15Brac +10Talisman -5 From boot , = 50 Hci ,
btw i didn't say it "Mediable" suit , I will refine for the buyer to get 75fire , that will lower DCI capp to 40%
