BODs after last publish

Has anyone else noticed a change, or have I just had a horrid run of bad luck?

I've turned in at least 70 BODs (not counting the normal cloth instant rebods) since the last publish. I have yet to get a large bod for even a spined runic or CBD much less horned (don't expect a barbed). Even the small BODs seem to have dropped in caliber, I got 1 barbed runic small bod, and 5 horned runic small bods during this run. This is with 112ish Tailoring, I'm figuring its just real bad luck, but hoping maybe its not just me (share my misery!).
