Bod Scroll Binders?

Now that we have Scroll binders that can change powerscrolls into a higher version, how about expanding it to work with Bods too?
Like 10 normal Bronze Arms gives you a 10 exceptional arms?

We all get so much 'junk' bods and very VERY little of the bods we actually want.
Before anyone says 'trade' it dont work. Everyone and their dog are after the same bods and its a bluemoon before you find one you need but even then its at some daft price like 500k because they know you really need it.
Only the scripters can get the bods they want by using multiple chars on multiple shards ect.....
Most of us 'normals' have 1 mule char only.

Just seems like it could be done quite easily and atleaste make the lower bods usefull again rather than floormats.

Good ideal and the more BOD runners you have the more useful a system like this could be. Making it easier to get high end runics would of been a big HELL NO, but now we have Imbuing, so why not.

And thanks to Imbuing those small end BODs that have a chance for a POF are becoming the biggest money maker of the smith BODs. I know it is the same old Lina Vendors are UOs true thieves.............500K+ for POF and going up as supplies dwindle. 1 mil plus for CBD. Load of pirate RPs out there making there own custom shipwreck tricorns.

And more so is the RNG for BOD. The odds to get a barbed kit Large BOD is better then getting the same crappy 10n cap back to back. Over the weekend I did turn in rotation of over 500 TBODs. Three times I got the same normal cloth BOD back to back but not one barbed Runic Large. I did turn in at 5 seperate locations. After the second back to back I started turnin in where I could do turns on two NPCs and it still happened again.

I just think lvl BOD being turned in was reflected in what got back. If I turn in 50 Horn smalls in a row there should be some sort of tally effort points going on. 32 of the 50 returned shouldn't be some cloth BOD. Of the 500+ BODs I turned in nearly 200 of those had been horn smalls. In the end the total of the barb leather BOD I got was 5. 2 those footwear. 1 a 6 part exc female small that I have 11 of already. There is no reason I'd turn in 1 or 8 of those 11 knowing my chances of getting a 10n bonnet is better then getting anything above spine.

Now if one those 15x female barbed had chance to earn a POF......all but two would be gone.*looks at tables* Top tier reward cloth or sandals,hold me back I need to waste some nightmares for barbed leather. NOT. There are 5 lvls of reward cloth and now we have garg leather and imbued hats. Just the random effect of str/dex/int or luck mods for using reward cloth would be nice. Crafting and enhancing.
