Yes: At worst, it will get you more junk BODs to turn in more quickly with your good tailor or smith for more BODs.
I have a 120 smith, and a 120/120 Tailor/Smith - and I'm training 3 of my 4 BOD runners to 120/120 by filling BODs with them for the 120/120 to turn in (the 4th runner is my carpenter/Imbuer, and has only enough tailor & smith to make items, and get colored BODs)
