Boat Pilots?

So i was woundering if you all think it would be a nice idea to be able to rename and dress out boat pilots like we can vendors. Would also have t olink them permanatly with the boats since when drydocked they seem to regenerate a new one?

I would just like to set up my pilot of my Britiana ship in some nice cloths with tna skin and a descent name?

LOL I hadn't noticed. I have a female Pilot too. I just find it annoying to have to wait until the story goes away before I can see what is in my backpack.
