I have a deed that reads "Decorative Personal Bless Deed" on SP. When I click on it nothing happens. Any idea what this is and is it worth anything?

I have not played SP much, mind you, but I think those were the original AoS preorder personal bless deeds. They were converted into 'decorative' versions when everyone was given a 'Siege Bless' to make things more fair.

As to value, I have no idea as it never occured to me as a rare (it could be, I've just never thought of it!).

These are indeed converted Bless deeds. While the first converted deeds have had the characters names on them, and only converted Cloth Bless Deeds have been so nameless.
Later also PBDs from chars reactivated after the initial conversion got the nameless tag.
So the named ones are more rare.
