Making one paladin took long enough. Killed all my interest in getting another class to 60. So now I have to take one to 70? The horror

I don't "grind" anything. I have two blood elf pallies, in addition to several alliance pallies. I play everything pretty much equally. My two blood elf pallies are 30 and 23 at the moment.
