Blessed torch?

A while back I completed some quest in the underworld that rewards you with a blessed torch of some sort. I've since misplaced the torch, but I can't remember which npc gives the quest. Anyone know what quest this is, and where to start it?

Here is a question that's not in the post linked to....

If you're a Samurai, does the torch count as a shield, thus giving you a hefty Parry penalty?
