[BUG] Bleed Attack and "bleeding" for zero damage.

Bug is universal and works thusly.

1) Hit target with a bleed attack.
2) Hit target with a second bleed attack before the first expires.

The second bleed attack WILL reset the duration of the bleeding, but will NOT reset the damage. Several ticks of bleeding at the end will do no damage.

In other words...

Normal bleed attack damage:
BLEED, 18, 12, 8, 4, 2, END

Try to bleed attack twice:
BLEED, 18, 12, 8, BLEED, 4, 2, 0, 0, 0, END

What it should be:
BLEED, 18, 12, 8, BLEED, 18, 12, 8, 4, 2, END

That's not a bug! how pathertic would it be if you could get bled twice at the same time?
