My hubby (in the guise of Tez T. Fyde) has made a monumental effort and killed enough bane chosen to get the recipe. My char, Dee Lishus has read it.

I have no idea how much to price it at, so if it's not right, let me know.

Some stock is on my vendor 'DeeLishus Pantry'.

I don't have much, I never expected to get the recipe so I didn't bother saving the small blackrock pieces.

The blackrock never decays, i probably have about 50 sitting under my house sign on the island house if you want to grab it

So let me understand this, you no longer need to get 5k loyalty points to be able to get blackrock stew but you can kill the bane invaders (lowering your loyalty to the Bane) and get a recipe drop that will allow you to craft the stew?

Ally status to the Ophidians will allow you to take a quest from the cook in the ophidian lair. The reward for the quest is a recipe to make blackrock stew.
To make the stew you need small pieces of blackrock and rotworm stew (for which you also need to have read the recipe)

k, it's been said that I'm over charging for this stuff. I set the price quite high because of the effort Terry expended to get the recipe for me.

The price(10k) is more than fair seeings how hard the recipes are to get.
