Blackrock stew recipe offered again?

I was within a few points of earning a recipe for making blackrock stew. It broke my heart when I found out that I did not earn enough points "in time" for the reward.

Please... tell me, are there any plans to release a reward in the near future for the recipe to make blackrock stew? Like a spring cleaning or something?

Please... Please... for the love of god, please at least consider making the blackrock stew recipe a possible spring turn in reward.

I fought, and fought and fought my little heart out to get power crystals and earn favor to get the blackrock stew recipe. But I was unable to do it in time.
