I got my kitty statue locked down and saw it could be turned on. So i did and walked up to it and was surprized by a cat screech. I turned to my husband and said "oh wow can you imagine if i put several of those around my house and turned them all on, so annoying!". So he jokes back that i should do that then turn my speakers up really loud and see what our cat does. Now, he was just joking but i did it to see what she'd do. Never seen a cat stretch out her neck so long!! She's still prowling the house looking for intruders. LOVE THE HALLOWEEN BLACK CAT STATUE! Thank you to the dev's who came up with that idea, i haven't laughed like that in a while.

I did the same to my 5 month old pug puppy. He sleeps at my feet when I'm playing UO. I got my statues day one on Origin, locked them down and ran by them.. Never saw a dog jump so high so fast.. every hair on his back was on end and he ran around barking and growling for about 20mins.
Agreed, havent laughed like that in a long time. Was great.

It's mind stimulating for the pets... and, sedentary exercise for their hearts once it starts racing... I'm sure it's all good for them!

Well said, lol.. especially for a cat that doesnt do any exercise but sleeps all day long only to perk up at the sound of other cats in the area

My poor tortie hears those and will begin sniffing my laptop... She wonders how a cat got in there!

The cat statues don't decay. I threw 4 of them on the floor of my house Wednesday and they are still there. You can also drop the jack o' lantern on top of the cat and it looks like the cat has a jack o' lantern for a head.

I tried this with my kitty and he didn't even move! =/ He's so relaxed that he slept right through some of it!!! He's no fun at all....although my kiddos were screaming, "Stop that mommy stop!! That's too loud!!" lol..... =)

They do make great alarms, if you hear the cat and do not see anyone near it check for hidden folks.

I was thinking about these cat statues now too, as more and more I am seeing them left around the dungeons by ppl that do not want them...in an effort to have a clean Brit, and because we cannot spay, I will be offering my GL Sacrificial Altar from the evil decor set on GL for a 'remedy session.'

Bring all your cats and we can take care of the population for a more humane Brit as they may live on past November 15 and do we really want that?

if your friended at peoples houses what is great fun is to go home, lock down the cats at your house, then turn them all on. then release them and pick them back up so they are 'turned on'

then go to your friends houses and put on circle of trans.

then go along and hide those suckers behind the walls and lock them down.

ya cant see them, but ohhh the fun when the house owner walks by and it starts to screeech!

I put about 30 of them in Guild Masters House, Used circle of trans and put them along the south and east walls. Anywhere I could to hide them. Ahh yes got to love it. Those things can get annoying after a bit!

1) left outside my home 4 (accessed person(s) drug it back in)
2) thrown away 3 times (ends up next to the garbage can at next login)
3) left on the floor for weeks (nobody picked it up)
4) tried to unravel it *blessed items cannot be unraveled..blah blah blah*
5) tried giving it away...recieved it back twice...third time success!

I have two of those cats activated so far. I am thinking of adding more. I like a lot of noise.
