BIG WISH LIST ITEM FOR FALL… and Thanksgiving, coming up:

For years… ever since the Ant dungeons came out, I have wished and wished we could have fall colored scattered leaves. You see them in some parts of the Ant dungeon. Mostly, where the 2 queens hang out… the ones you can't kill. I’ve made the suggestion a couple times, but seeing we can never get our questions posted in the “Ask the Devs” section, maybe someone will catch this post in UO Hall. :sad3:

One thing I really loved, a couple years ago… was the Giant Turkey hunt, with the maps and the cornucopias… and empty nests… and the harrow. Even the corn-stalks. Great stuff! But… please, please, please don’t simply reactivate the same old spawn without changing the rewards. All they did last year was make the turkey harder to kill… and without any new incentives, I just gave up quickly. Fall leaves would work nice… maybe a plow, to match the harrow. Even the 2 parts of the plow separately.

Just an idea.

I think it's a little too late for fall leaves to be scattered on the ground this year... maybe if u had suggested this a month or 2 before the halloween stuff was put in it could have been done and lasted all fall. They appear to be getting ready for Christmas already though, so MAYBE we'll see snow again soon, who knows.

I've actualy suggested it for a few years now... and to staffers as well. :D

Yeah, it could be too late this year, but maybe for next. Maybe if there's enough interest. Who knows.

Given a choice between more shinies and bug squashing, I'm going to choose fixing game bugs every single time.

Ditto!

I'd much rather have things fixed.

What are these bugs people talk about? I know there are some because but are they really game breaking that the game has to stay stale and boring just to fix minor bugs? Any major ones seem to be fixed asap so what's the problem. MMOs would be out of business if all they did was fix minor bugs over new content, just out of pure boredom.

Looking a bit beyond Thanksgiving towards winter, I would certainly appreciate a set of roof tiles which were thick with snow. We'd only need one set for all roofs (they're covered in snow). When the ground is deep and crisp and even, and those of us who like to replace grass tiles with snow tiles and apple trees with snow trees etc have done so, it seems a bit incongruous to have roofs still clear.

Should be easy to do, surely?

(I know, in the greater scheme there are more important things, but I like my aesthetics and world consistency. Sue me).

My Wish List for items:
- UO going F2P or putting all the content of uogamecodes in the game available for all (crafting menus, drop, etc).
- Less collectible items, less items in general. Enough with the nostalgia bs and the hoarding disorder.
- Immediate IDOC when not paying anymore and all houses working as grandfathered ones, needing to be refreshed.
- Servers merge.

UO doesn't need new items, it needs new players or at least its former players. And the very least of these thing is that subscribers should actually play the game and not just hold a house. Devs can fill the lands with many creatures, it won't replace players.

Current Stratics Bug List stickied at the top of UHall.

Turd-polishing is exactly what got us where we are now.
