Beleth's Abyss house near Cavern of Discarded set to private

Sign says he set it to private due to some exploit?

Anybody know what is going on? Would suck to lose house teleporter access to the abyss permenantly.

Also one of the houses with a teleporter to this house has started to decay (Charnel Hill Cemetary owned by Darrien Church). Anyone have contact with the owner and know what is going on?
