Whats with these pardons I have been hearing about? You can make a red blue again? Also how to I make said item or can I buy these from anyone on siege? The account I had recently got has a 23 murder count red on SP and I am just not ready yet to go out and be red I feel I can better serve Siege if I was blue for a time so I can get used to playing again so i can go out and pvp. Can anyone help me out? ty

Forged Pardons are small gold scrolls occasionally found when digging up a treasure chest. Each one that is used will remove one murder count.

A few vendors carry them Elf

Best price I have seen is 75k ( below Ter Mur gate ) and highest is 150k ( Yew Gate)
