The first personality I am planning to develop would be named "Sheldon Cooper"
A physicist by trade, he would be OCD and have Aspergers Syndrome. what type of skills do people think this type of char should have?
next would be "Howard Wolowitz" A late 20s something, engineer, that still lives with his mother. Im thinking Carpentry, Tinkering, Smithy
Any thoughts to this?

With the impending success of your reverse potion and your eventual expertise of herding, your character should be able to fulfill the duties of a physicist, unless of course the OCD kicks in at the doorway to the lab, and can't get past it from opening and shutting the door for hours on end. ;p That can be another thing your alchy can work on, a potion to diminish to a certain point of those symptoms. OCD isn't fun. I would totally advise against any...I repeat ANY type of warrior for this char., this may lead to danger! and not for Sheldon, but for everyone else that may be in close proximity! As for Howard, keep him away from Sheldon for the time being.
