Bazaar Encampment Vendor Changes

The vendor is still registering a lot of invalid items so I believe essentially everything except the odd imbuing ingredient has registered as invalid.

We are working on this issue and will have this fixed as soon as possible.

The vendor itself keeps telling me there are invalid items but doesn't put the deed in my bag so it's kind of stuck at that screen without any options to exit back to the main menu and remove the items myself.

The shards received a fix for this with this morning's maintenance.
