[Blacksmithing] Bascinet BODs

At about what level of Blacksmithing do you start getting Bascinet BODs, and what level do you get them at a regular interval? Thanks in advance.

You should get them at about any skill level, but they should be most common (if tailor BODs are an indication) around the time you are able to make them, up through 70 skill (where the colored BODs and larges kick in). I get more of them than I ever want to see with my GM+ smiths.
