[Discordance] Bardic questions

Anyone know of a good place to go to check success chances for skill? The one pointed to up above doesn't seem to be working (sending back an error) and doesn't seem to work with paragons.

I was wondering what I can do difficulty wise once I have 120 discord/music. Also does other music skills increase chances of discord success?
