Bard masteries extended to pets?

All the updates imply that pets get treated as party members. But I am not seeing a damage boost from Tribulation. A 40% DI with a greater dragon should be VERY noticeable.

Tribulation REDUCES 40% of damage taken by spells. Inspire (provo) increases melee damage by 40% and spell damage by 15%.

Tribulation: (discordance)

Target Hit Chance reduced by up to 32%, Spell Damaged reduced by 32%, Damage Taken can trigger additional damage between 20-60% of the damage taken as physical once per second. (Discordance Based) (Chance to Trigger damage Musicianship Based) affected by the target's magic resistance. (PvP and specific Mobs only)

The only damage reducing mastery is:

Perseverance: (peacemaking)

Party Defense Chance increased by up to 16%, Damage reduced by up to 16%. Casting focus bonus 1-4%

(these notes are pre pub 67, but still is correct for a 2xbard.)
