Well lets see, my bow...
1)Hit lightning 48%, this means I have a fourty eight pecent chance of hitting you with with extra damage from a lightning bolt.
2) Hit mana leech 46%, this helps me maintain my 1000 point mana pool.
3) Hit lower defense 42%, same as the lightning this gives me a chance to lower your defenses for a short period of time, making you easier to hit.
4) Hit lower attack 46%, wouldnt you know it, I have a fourty six percent chance to lower your hit chance.
5) Swing speed 10%, now while this is the only thing keeping my bow from being untouchably uber, it still makes the bow two ticks faster than a normal composite.
6) Damage increase 49%, this boosts my base damage by, you guessed it forty nine percent!!
Your bow...
1) Balanced, congratulations, you can drink pots. But then again, so can I. A three button combo that disarmed my bow drank a pot and rearmed in about a second.
2) HCI 15%. There is no way this could be made up in items such as a hunters headress, ring of vile, sprit of the totem or even going into wolf form.
3) Swingspeed 35%, you are swinging at one half second faster than me at almost every stamina level.
4) Damage increase 43%, same as every gm made bow.
You're whole arguement is based on the need for a balanced bow, so you can use the crutch of potions. The truth is, build the right template and the need for pots just doesnt exist.
