Just a quick question, does anyone have a copy of the rules (or at least a copy of the rules for your shard) laying around?

Also are any of the old BBL's still up and running?

The essence of bagball: Two teams are pitted against each other in a sporting event not dissimilar from soccer, football, and basketball. The object of the game is move a “bagball” around the field and into your opponent’s goal; the team that scores the most goals within two halves wins the match.

Thanks

I was just wondering if any of the leagues are still up and running? I used to love watching and betting on them. Won tons a few years ago on Drac when the underdog won at 3-1 odds.

Maybe once a years the devs should have to go head to head. At least that way we would know who is still on the team.

Bagball -- one of the dumbest "sports" ever invented.

No thanks, I don't think repeatedly dragging and dropping is fun.

a pvp bagball would be fun, grab bag and drop and try to defend youself too.
Would be interesting.

been done.

each side has a base and each base has a box. whoever gets both boxes into their base wins.

the way i played is everyone is in GM made armor with GM made weapons and their were rules against para or fielding (etc.)

you can also set up "zones" and corresponding "positions" so that certain players cannot leave a particular zone.

or you can make rules that the box cannot be passed via trade, but only via drop and pick up.

it can be fun. make your own rules.
