bad tiles with just words and no picture

like horn and corpse and bad tile etc, can they be locked down on the floor or are they stored in bags only ? I'm worried it will disappear as soon as I put it on the ground so I don't want to test it.

I tested it and yes they can be locked down.
There will be one in the Pacific Auction House Rares Auction this Sunday June 27th.
