Okay...so here are the skills of the two characters that my questions are about:
Mule:
Arms Lore: 100.0
Blacksmithy: 120.0
Carpentry: 100.0
Imbuing: 0.0
Magery: 34.0
Mining: 100.0
Musicianship: 46.0
Tailoring: 120.0
Tinkering: 100.0
Warrior:
Anatomy: 100.0
Healing: 100.0
Lumberjacking: 100.0
Magery: 24.9
Parrying: 100.0
Resisting Spells: 70.1
Swordsmanship: 100.0
Tactics: 100.0
This warrior was actually the first character I ever made. I remember GMing LJ in the pits during powerhour. After some time I ended up using other chars for PVPing and making money. I haven't actually purchased the SA expansion yet because I wanted to see if my characters had been deleted before spending another $30. I would like to add imbuing to my mule's skills but I don't really have space for it so I was thinking about turning my Warrior into an able bodied material gatherer. Soo....
Armslore on my mule - from what I read...I should keep it on there...yeah?
Item ID - Is this important now? Does it help to have it on the mule character?
What is the max skill Caps allowed now a days? (Once upon a time it was 700)
Does mining affect crafting skills at all?
How the heck to I make a metal chest?! I can only find the wooden ones.
Any suggestions on how I could tweak my LJ Warrior into an ideal gatherer? Add Magic, drop Parrying, add mining in place of....? Soulstone thingy come into play here? I'm gonna have to buy/find/trade get one of these.
Would it be best to just leave the Mule's skills alone and just add imbuing to the Warrior?
Can a human be turned into a gargoyle?
If I buy the SA CD at a game store, will it come with a book that explains most of the new quests and stuff that I'm totally confused and lost on?
