hey, between the spawn we (vmp) did and waka trying to raid us.. and the spawn we raided from waka who raided from someone else was fun too.

the hugeeeeee SMG, Waka VMP fight outside the nest...

it was all so much fun, last 2night have probably been the best 2nights on siege ive had in a very long time... many fights, many victories.. much much fun!

Hell of alot of fun last night ...

I stated the night getting five way gangbanged by VmP near Umbra and figured my death robe collection would be big last night but I was wrong ...

Started for us with a vicious gank of Shadow of SMG (sorry TC we couldn't pass that up) ... followed with a clash with VmP in despise and then the star room and then Terra Keep ... then some SMG as well ... many dead VmP that round ... next we went to raid Deceit that was being done by a few non-guilded guys ... Neira was up and VmP came in right behind us and WAKA (for the most part) got killed between the spawn and VmP ... then SMG came in ... WAKA regeared and fought everyone in Terra Keep and in Star room. Seemed SMG killed most of VmP and we got most of the SMGs in there ...

Then some of us headed to Homare where VmP and SMG continued to fight so we made it a three way ... more fun ensued!

Enjoyable night and lots of loots!!

It was a great attempt on Waka's part in Despise and I truly thought we were home free til I ran through the gate and right in to the Waka Welcoming Committee. Nice job! Lots of good fights last night. I had a great time! I hope all the active guilds keep this action going!

i dont know why ALL vmp cept me ran for the gate in the star room.... guess they didnt realise they were flagged lol

lucky me i knew i was and i went straight for terra keep, and i was in wraith form and walked right by 2 waka in the star room and no one followed me! lol you guys missed on an easy kill.. could have eeeeaasily outran me in wriath form

har har was funs guys very fun, and smg only killed a couple of vmp

It was very interesting indeed,.,. There was only ONE pathetic moment :
I was at terathan keep and SUDDENLY, for no reason at all, my ping went from 160 to 1123... I said ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THREE MILI SECONDS !!! Can you believe that ? And SMG seemed to be in the right place at the right time and found my ridiculously defenseless character stuck there...

Now, come on, I know my connection sucks and I RARELY can play without lag sometimes (ping below 130).... Usually my ping just stays at 160 (horrible)... BUT ONE THOUSAND ??????????? WTF is that ??? ONE THOUSAND ?????

You know the problem with that is you have all the ego maniac pvpers who post every other thread about driving someone from the shard etc.. Siege has always had a low population because these same ego maniacs dont seem to get that if you drive away all the "noobs" they cant grow up to become pvpers.

The really funny part is all these "siege vets" are actually noobs the real siege vets like myself are keeping quiet, dont post or quit. If you want to attract new players to pvp try having folks not being general jerks to people who do not know siege yet.

people like Pika who just sold his account can probably remember what I am talking about back when you had battles over every dungeon a tamer couldnt goto some "Remote" location and farm for 3 hours because someone would find him.. when the battles in T2A would rage for hours EVERY day.. when the only place to find a fight WASNT 2 tiles from a gz.

Doing sigil sits and actually have over 50 people involved in a 3 way battle over them. going to towns like Safehaven either to raid or defend... going to any towns bank and seeing people not just NPCs..

How about the guilds like PTK who pretty much sat in Terra Keep and killed every tamer going in for a mare or anyone who entered for that matter.. WE used to "own" Wind and if you didnt pay your taxes it was very unhealthy in there.. UDL owned Deciet from the day this server started (post wipe).

The blue "anti" guilds like BiH, XIE etc were actually regarded with respect even by their enemies. Lets not forget GCs tour when BiLL GaTes decided that Siege should heed the word of the guardian..



yes your right you way is better lets get this server down to 15 people and hang out in luna what could I have been thinking so sorry to interupt your "ownage"


P.S. I will say that in my recent return and I have brought what I hope to be the core of a new guild someday. 2 of my friends and myself were set upon by a "pk" my friends are new to siege and so were working their characters when said PK killed them.. unlike what I have seen from most of the current pvp guilds on this shard this pk (I believe his guild behaves like him) did not turn around and berate my friends telling them what newbies they were and that they should get off siege etc... instead he just muttered something about darkness and blood...

so let me say Hats of to Wrym of VMP for keeping up what he has always done. Many times in the last few weeks watching battles ect I have seen many of the other guilds and how they behave and while my friends were killed they laughed and were like cool... where as I am sure if someone of the quality of the person I am replying to had killed them he would have told them how he owned them and how they sucked so bad etc etc...

oh well I have enjoyed the lack of real "pks" on the server I have been able to farm without any interferance for over 2 weeks.. in several different dungeons.. in fact I have sent at least 3 hours a night in a different one of the core dungeons every night and never seen a soul

1000+ ping happens at times, even for people who usually have less than 100 ping. I have actually recorded pings from 1400 - 1600 (didn't know that was possible - I would have just expected a timeout). As you, say, everything comes to a screeching halt, you get a single movement opportunity maybe about once every 5 sec. Usually when that happens to me, I eventually lose conn, but not always. For a few weeks, I was having that happen a lot, then it just seemed to clear up, now I get it rarely. Makes it unattractive to attempt to do anything besides sit in a house and craft stuff though, when you are getting it at least once *each* time you log in, because you never know when/where it is going to happen.

The post was great up to here. I have to somewhat agree with Dechan. You're not going to sway anyone to come to Siege by addressing them as trammies and then telling them to 'Play Siege Noobs.'

Allow me to suggest another avenue:

So, for anyone who wants to play Siege but thinks it dead, there's obviously a fair amount of action, so why don't you give it try? Who knows, you just might like it!

if i really wanted people do try siege i would offer them some gold or armor or something so they could get started...

this guy has a point about the quality of the pvp and pkers on the shard.

Pvp on this shard has been reduced to tamers/luna trash/and reds who wont fight unless they have 5 guys behind them.

Pvp and the caliber of player playing here was just plain better 2+ years ago.

Once my eval is trained up on the red Revvo i will be doing alot of my old solo pking i used too, my time differece is a real bonus as alot of people think it's safe to farm early their time, i used to have alot of good fights with LEX and FPS solo, good times !!
